Management Trainee Programme
**Programme Details:
Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture aspiring and professional management talents, for the future developments of Hwang IM.
During the 12-month programme, the trainees will undergo an intensive programme described here, so that they will be equipped with professional skills to assume further responsibilities at HwangIM.
1. Structured development experience to help trainees acquire both management competencies and technical experience, by through rotation to different businesses and functions;
2. The structure development programme incorporating on-the-job training, class room training, one-on-one mentoring with senior management to share experience and HR mentorship meetings to provide guidance and support;
3. Intensive technical and management training, to equip trainees with both investment management and technical know-how, plus management competencies, allowing them to assume further responsibilities at HwangIM;
A fast-track career progression to junior management position upon completion of the Programme, depending on business needs individual performance and potential.
**Requirements:
A degree in Economics, Management Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Accounting or Law.
Keen interest in developing an investment management specific career;
Active in extra-curricular activities
Possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
Passionate about succeeding in your career and possess the desire to gain hands-on experience.
