Tawaran Kepada Bakal Graduan Untuk Menjalani Latihan Industri Di Bahagian Korporat & Komunikasi, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PKNNS) Mulai Tahun 2013

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa Bahagian Korporat & Komunikasi, PKNNS ingin menawarkan peluang menjalani Latihan Industri kepada bakal graduan daripada mana-mana institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam/Kolej-kolej MARA/Politeknik.

Keutamaan diberikan kepada bakal graduan dalam Jurusan Komunikasi/ Perhubungan Awam/ Kesetiausahaan. Namun bagi jurusan lain seperti Teknologi Maklumat dan Pentadbiran Perniagaan juga digalakkan memohon.

Para Pelatih akan diberi pendedahan tentang kerja-kerja kesetiausahaan, kerja-kerja penerbitan seperti video korporat, buletin/majalah dan laporan tahunan serta penganjuran acara/majlis yang berkaitan. Seramai 2 orang pelatih diperlukan dan akan diberikan elaun sebagai insentif.

GRADUATE APTITUDE PROGRAMME (GAP) dan Karnival Kerjaya Gugusan Sains Sosial 2012

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa Pejabat Hubungan Industri (PHI, HEJIM) dengan kerjasama Fakulti Sains Sosial dan Masyarakat (FSSK) dan Scicom Academy Sdn Bhd akan menganjurkan Graduate Aptitude Programme (GAP) dan Karnival Kerjaya Gugusan Sains Sosial 2012 pada 8 – 21 November 2012 bertempat di FSSK. 

Program ini adalah kesinambungan kepada program GAP 2011 yang telah diadakan dan melibatkan penyertaan seramai 325 orang pelajar tahun akhir UKM. Oleh yang demikian, penganjuran kali ini memfokuskan kepada penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris dan persediaan graduan dari gugusan Sains Sosial untuk melangkah ke alam kerjaya.

Invitation to apply for FSTEP scholarship programme - Batch 9

Greetings from FSTEP, Kuala Lumpur!

The Malaysian financial landscape has evolved to one that is sound, competitive and well
diversified. Hence, to support its dynamic growth, the financial service industry players have
collaborated to design the exclusive Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) to
develop new talents for the financial industry.

FSTEP started in year 2007 and is the brainchild of Bank Negara Malaysia governor Tan Sri Dato’
Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz and is currently managed under Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia (IBBM).

FSTEP provides a one year intensive training programme in banking and insurance with a
monthly allowance of RM 2,200. The first six months will expose the participants to
comprehensive classroom training, in addition to the second six months of structured
internship with sponsoring financial institutions.

 The classroom training includes:
 Intensive English course by British Council
 Outward Bound School
 Visits to Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and attending international conferences
 Technical training on conventional, Islamic and investment banking as well as insurance/takaful
 Two week practical attachment with sponsoring financial institutions
 Soft skills enhancement
 Personal development programmes
 Corporate Social Responsibility projects
 Prominent leaders’ sessions
 Bourse game
 Management game
 Power programme by Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK)

FSTEP is targeted at graduates with CGPA of 3.00 and above from both local and foreign
institutions of higher learning (any field of study) with less than 3 years of working experience,
age below 30.

**Programme Details:

Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture aspiring and professional management talents, for the future developments of Hwang IM.

During the 12-month programme, the trainees will undergo an intensive programme described here, so that they will be equipped with professional skills to assume further responsibilities at HwangIM.

1. Structured development experience to help trainees acquire both management competencies and technical experience, by through rotation to different businesses and functions;
